Well, throwing in the towel on Mac support for now.

I managed to get everything compiled and running, except that our shaders weren't acting like they should. Spent the last few days debugging these shader issues and decided it will be best to put off Mac porting till we have actual hardware to test on. (I've been doing most of this work in a Virtual Machine, which is frustrating at best.)

Don't despair too much Mac gamers... we'll revisit you down the line once we have the funds to purchase decent Mac hardware.
